5 Simple Ways to Feed Your Intelligence

1. Reduce Television Viewing – Try and give up on your TV shows as much as you can and instead involve yourself in some other activity like listening to music or merely talking to friends as things like this challenge and soothe your mind more than TV would ever.

2. Exercise – Exercise is not just needed to get a chiseled face and defined muscles, it is vital for your healthy blood circulation and effective brain cells functioning too! Exercising reduces your stress levels and allows you to think and concentrate far more clearly leading you to produce better results as a professional and learning at a faster rate as a student.

3. Read Books – If you have always wanted to think and speak in more elegant and precise English and seeing the world with a new perspective, keep always your usual suspense fiction and go grab a classical novel and start reading it today! You will witness the positive difference in your viewpoint and speaking skills yourself!

4. Get Proper Sleep –
It simply does not make any sense when students spend all night preparing for their exam the next day and through the exam itself find themselves lethargic and unable to remember what they studied so hard for just last night. Sleep deprivation is the biggest enemy when it comes to your concentration and intelligence. So never compromise on your 8 hour sound sleep.

5. Think it Out – Thinking and reflecting upon your duties and demands as an individual every now and then, helps you align and prioritize your responsibilities accordingly. This way, not only will you have a better hold on the important aspects of your life, it would also stop bothering you as your mind would be less occupied with worries of catching up with deadlines in a jitter.
